Georgia Tech's Intern Lodging Program

Rates

Lodging: $25.00/person/night, plus an 8% sales tax
**Lodging rate includes single occupancy bedroom in apartment-style accommodations, all utilities within apartment, wired/wireless internet and cable TV service.
Required Pre-Payment: A two-week, non-refundable Pre-Payment check of $350.00 is due with the signed licensed agreement. This Pre-Payment will go towards final rent due. Pre-Payment check should be mailed to:

Payment in full is due immediately after receiving an email confirming the lodging assignment. Remainder due will be stated in the email along with acceptable method of payment and mailing procedures.
Once dates of stay have been selected and a license agreement signed there are no refunds for late arrivals, and/or early departures.
Regarding Cancellations: Refunds, excluding pre-payment, will be made when GT Conference Services is notified in writing (internlodging@housing.gatech.edu) of cancellation, at least 24 hours in advance of check-in.
Parking passes are $5.00/day; $30/week; $50/month.
Extended stays will be granted on an "As Available" basis and charged at $55.00/person/night.
If additional charges apply, following check-out, interns or company/organization will be invoiced accordingly on a case-by-case basis.
There will be a $25.00 service fee for all returned checks**
