• Minimum stay required is two weeks (14 nights).
  
  
• Interns must be 18 years of age, or older upon signing the license agreement.
  
  
• License agreement between Georgia Tech (Owner) and Intern/Company (User) must be signed by both parties immediately following acceptance of application. The license agreement will be emailed in pdf and should be mailed back to:

• Interns must be current college students and able to provide proof of enrollment. Proof should be provided by either an official transcript, or signed letter from professor, or academic department. Proof should be supplied by mail along with the signed license agreement.
  
  
• Proof of DOB is required, and should be provided in the form of a driver's license, birth certificate, or passport and supplied by mail along with the signed license agreement. Copies are acceptable.
  
  
• Proof of internship is also required, and needs to be in the form of a letter from intern's supervisor, or Human Resources department and should be supplied by mail along with the signed license agreement.
  
  
• The GT Conference Services staff is available for check-in from 7am-12am, 7 days/week. Interns may check-in any time between 7am-12am on the scheduled arrival date. Interns MUST check-out between 7am-7pm on the scheduled check-out date.
  
  
• If arriving after scheduled check-in date you must notify GT Conference Services via email (internlodging@housing.gatech.edu) at least 24 hours in advance. Upon 24-hour advance notice GT Conference Services will make every effort to hold reserved room until arrival.
  
  
• Once on campus interns are required to purchase a reloadable BuzzCard for $20.00. This not only serves as identification, but money can be placed on the card and used in vending machines, at local restaurants and for laundry service.
  
  
• A meal plan option is not currently available, except on a cash basis at designated on-campus locations.
  
  
• If a company is sponsoring numerous interns, a separate application needs to be completed for each intern. Unless otherwise directed, one license agreement will be written to include all interns sponsored by the company and emailed to the company representative.
