| 6th Street Apartments feature two, four and six-person apartments and offer residents a private room and semi-private bath. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed (extra-long mattress), desk, desk chair, spacious wardrobe and dresser. All apartments are fully air-conditioned with a large living-room space and kitchen, complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Note: Lowering beds is prohibited except in cases of documented medical conditions. | |

All apartments have kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. |

Laundry Facilities can be found on the first floor of Maulding Hall, across from the Activity Room. |

An activity room is located on the first floor of Maulding Hall. |

Study Lounges are located at both ends of the hall on each floor. These rooms can fit up to eight people and most are equipped with dry erase boards. |

Workout Facilities are located next door to the Activity Room in Maulding Hall. In the workout room you will find stationary bikes, a stairmaster, and a weight machine. |
