Georgia Tech Conference Services is your conference's connection to all that Georgia Tech and Atlanta have to offer! We provide a full-line of conference and event services, with lodging and meeting space available between late May and early August. Our dedicated staff of four full-time conference professionals is committed to assisting every conference client in all areas of event and conference planning. Our goal is to provide each planner and attendee with the feeling that their conference, camp, or event is the most important and only program on campus. Our conference office acts as a one-stop-shop where with one phone call all needs including housing, food service, meeting facilities, technology support, transportation and recreation services will be coordinated.

We also offer assistance with off-site event and conference program coordination. Atlanta has a multitude of interesting, entertaining and educational attractions. A list of many popular venues can be viewed by choosing the "Atlanta" option on the left side of this page. Georgia Tech Conference Services has successfully accommodated programs ranging from 50-6,000 attendees. Examples include youth leadership training programs, sports camps, government agency seminars, religious national conventions, professional association meetings and corporate events.

Georgia Tech Conference Services is a member of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors International (ACCED-I), Atlanta Conference and Visitors Bureau (ACVB), Religious Conference Management Association (RCMA), and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Georgia Tech Conference Services has the proud distinction of obtaining ACCED-I One-Stop-Shop Certification.
